Mew Mew Kissy Cutie is Alphys' favorite dating sim game / anime; probably the dating sim came first, and the anime is one of those 12-13 episode things based on the game. The show has a sequel that she hates.

The main character is a human girl named Mew Mew, who has long hair, green eyes, and cat ears... And the power to kiss people and control their actions.

There's some kind of complication about "missing the kiss," maybe she needs to kiss a second time to turn them back to normal?

It's got themes of mind control and/or the use of forced forgetfulness to fix your problems and trying to make your friends happy, and concludes with valuable lessons of friendship about how everyone's got their own lives and preferences and choices.

Alphys has told Mettaton that she thinks the show is real in an alternate universe and maybe someday she'll be able to meet her favorite characters.
